A Foundation for the Future - Lake Sacandaga, NY
Over a short period of just two weeks, we completely cleared and prepared a challenging waterfront property with a steep slope to install this foundation. This was a job that multiple large firms and contractors refused to take on, but one that we did not back away from. The main challenge was the presence of a large ledge rock. We drilled holes into the rock and put in rebar. We cleared trees and stone, brought in fill material, installed a drainage and septic system, built a retaining wall, and helped lay this foundation. This lot, right on Lake Sacandaga, now has a beautiful and level home who value continues to increase by the month.
Land Clearing for a New Multi-Family Home - Hadley, NY
Over a period of a month during a winter while the ground was frozen solid and other contractors were shut down and in Florida, we helped a homeowner clear out trees and large stones from a six acre lot. The owner was happy to be able to begin building their dream home ahead of schedule.
New Driveway with Retaining Wall - Edinburgh, NY
We excavated a site and put in a 100 foot long driveway with a small retaining wall to protect against rain and runoff, all in a single day. From contacting us to having a finished project, all done in a day, you can expect results in a similar timeframe for your project.
Multi-Stage Retaining Wall - Town of Day, Sacandaga Lake, NY
We put in a three-stage retaining wall to support a winding sloped driveway on a lakefront property. The steepness of the property was a major challenge for most contractors, but not for us. The home on this property sits on stilts that are over 20' feet high, and required a significant amount of fill to make the customer's desired driveway work. But we were up for the challenge. Although this job took nearly a full summer, we are extremely proud of the work and that this job has withstood the test of time.
